Benton County Superintendent Search
Online Stakeholder Surveys
The purpose of the survey is to gather input from specific groups regarding the qualifications and characteristics which the successful applicant for superintendent should possess and to suggest priorities for the district.
Stakeholders are people who are interested in and care about the Benton County School District and its students. Stakeholder groups include district personnel – administrators, teachers, and staff at all levels; parents and grandparents; community members; and business leaders.
The feedback from the surveys is compiled into a written report and is provided to the school board members who will use the information to define criteria to use in the superintendent search brochure to advertise the position, to craft interview questions for the applicants whom the Board members choose to interview, and to use by the Board members as a foundation in making the decision as to who will be appointed as the new superintendent.
The online stakeholder survey will be available on the MSBA website (msbaonline.org) from September 12 through September 26, 2019. A link to the stakeholder survey has been placed below. All responses are anonymous.
